- Referral slip (if provided)
- Any recent dental imaging or records
- Completed medical history forms, if available

Depending on your individual needs, treatment may be completed the same day or scheduled for a future visit.

Our practice uses 3D Cone Beam CT imaging to provide detailed views of oral and facial structures, helping our surgeons evaluate conditions with greater clarity and confidence.
