What to Bring

Bringing the following items helps us make the most of your visit:

  • Dental insurance card
  • A current list of medications
  • Referral slip (if provided)
  • Any recent dental imaging or records
  • Completed medical history forms, if available

During your appointment, you can expect:

  • Same-day, in-office imaging when needed to support accurate diagnosis
  • A clear discussion of findings, treatment options, and recommendations

Depending on your individual needs, treatment may be completed the same day or scheduled for a future visit.

Our practice uses 3D Cone Beam CT imaging to provide detailed views of oral and facial structures, helping our surgeons evaluate conditions with greater clarity and confidence.
