A SECOND CHANCE AT A HEALTHY, CONFIDENT SMILE

Missing or failing teeth can affect far more than your appearance. They can make it difficult to enjoy meals, speak comfortably, feel confident around others, and fully participate in everyday life. For many people, the cost of treatment places a lasting solution out of reach.

Legacy Oral, Facial & Dental Implant Surgery created the Second Chance program to help change that for one member of our community.

Through this program, one selected Ann Arbor-area resident will receive a full-arch restoration at no cost. Our goal is to give someone who has been living with significant tooth loss the opportunity to restore their oral health, rebuild their confidence, and move forward with a smile they are proud to share.

Applications are open now through October 30, 2026.

A Complete Smile with Full-Arch Restoration

The selected recipient will receive a complete set of fixed, natural-looking new teeth through full-arch restoration.

This treatment uses dental implants to securely support a fixed set of replacement teeth in one or both arches. Unlike removable dentures, the restoration remains in place and is designed to provide greater stability when eating, speaking, and smiling.

Our oral surgery team will work closely with an experienced restorative dentist to develop and complete a personalized treatment plan for the selected recipient.
